The Star Wars: Battlefront news is coming at us fast from Star Wars Celebration, from release date to gameplay details, screenshots, DLC, and more.

Release Date
The is set for November 17, 2015 in North America and November 20, 2015 in the UK, on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
That's a month before Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters.
Xbox One players get to via EA Access, according to Microsoft. We'll bring you all the details on that once we know more.
No Campaign Mode
Perhaps one of the biggest reveals is that . The original Battlefront from 2004 also lacked a narrative campaign, but one was introduced in its sequel Battlefront II.
Instead of a story-driven campaign, Star Wars: Battlefront features a series of missions, playable alone or via online and local co-op.
Characters and Location
Several playable hero units make appearances during these multiplayer battles, including .

These planets are Tatooine, Endor, Hoth, and Sullust.
Free DLC
On December 8, a month after launch, Star Wars: Battlefront owners will receive a free add-on for the game that adds another planet to the location line-up.
Called , the DLC is set on the desert planet that made its first appearance in teasers for The Force Awakens. (Check our for everything we know about Jakku.)
Fans who pre-order Battlefront get the DLC a week early, on December 1.
Battlefront producer Craig Mcleod told IGN that the Battle of Jakku DLC is the only way Star Wars fans can experience this battle, which takes place a year following the Battle of Endor, making it the bridge between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens.
"This really ties in what we’re doing with the Original Trilogy era with The Force Awakens," said Mcleod, who also confirmed that more Battlefront content would be coming post-launch.
No Prequel Era, No Space Battles
While it touches on Original Trilogy events, like characters, settings, or vehicles.
, either, as DICE wants to focus instead on "planetary battles."
Mcleod explained, "It’s all about the epic planetary battles and getting that right. Fighting with X-Wings and TIE Fighters, we have that. It’s taken in the atmosphere. This is something we discussed with Lucasfilm and they were happy to be on board with that."
