As reports, Ruth Negga, who's played the scheming Raina on Marvel's Agents of SHIELD for two seasons, has landed the ass-kicking role of Tulip - the gun-toting ex of ex-preacher Jesse Custer (yet to be cast).
Preacher revolves around Jesse Custer, a conflicted preacher in a small Texas town who merges with a powerful creature that has escaped from heaven. Along with his ex-gal, Tulip (Negga), and an Irish vampire named Cassidy, the three embark on a journey to literally find God.
